When I used FixYa.com in past answers were unsatisfactory. When I submitted follow up questions to obtain additional help because their answers were not complete they did not reply. I am now trying to cancel the service but forgot my password. They have told me over a 2 day period that they have sent instructions to set new password but do not send same. Does anyone else know how I can cancel this service? Do not consider subscribing as it is a scam.
