On 1/2/05 i subscribed to getflics.com. After the sixth(6 ) time trying to sign in, I called the toll free number 1-888-596-9279 to get help with the problem. The man REFUSED to tell me his name. He said " it's against our policy to give out names".Itold him that i couldn't sigh in and he told me very bluntly that he could not help me and I asked to be refunded and went to hang up. Before I,could he said ever so politly, mam, mam, excuse me for a minute.I asked what do you want now. He preceded to tell me that the company would not refund my card and said that was part of the terms. i wrote down all the terms and related this info. to him and he said that was the wrong terms. he said there are two sets of terms.One for the site and one for the company itself.
