After a month+ of going back and forth with John and placing this Rip off report John has finally sent me all my money back.

This is my competitor Neal with Worldhookah. It's all fabricated. Please produce a copy of your invoice or any email correspondence since everything is documented on every order and email on my end. I can show you 300+ postive reviews (and not 1 negative review) from independant websites:

Neal with with World Hookah aka Coal Troll, post your invoice here, a credit card reciept, a credit card refund, anything that will prove that this is a true report. Let's see some evidence. I have never refunded a sale as I have never had a reason to. Unlike Worldhookah where refunds are a common occurance due to sub par performace. Thanks ripoff report for letting us rebutt false claims. Thanks Neal for the free advertising, again.

This is Bullshit. #1 Neal did not do this. This site has 0 credibility.
I was directed to this though an HD member saying this is why they do not like HF. I can`t argue this part.

But this holds about as much water as the lies that Nick claims to have made 3 orders from us in a weeks time and went to the BBB which we have looked in to time and again.

In short John and I may not get along. John may attack me on every email he can get people to read. But If you read this claim against John do not take it seriously.

If there was an issue John would have taken care of it. Neither John or I are so big that people slip though the cracks on anything near this big.

Before anyone says Oh Neal is making amends. No I just know John would not have done this. Mess up on an order reship? Yea everyone does it. But to flat rip off a customer? I only know of 1 site. And it is located in Nor Cal.

I say who ever wrote this bullshit man up and call John.

By the way John have you had any issues with Frank in Vegas? He learned about this site from his Ex web host who screwed him as well as mu self.

John just a note there's nothing we can do about the fake reports. I have tried also. This site is a scam that leads people to believe its legit and I am sure maybe 5% is but the rest is people attacking people.

The site want`s 10K to remove something. Do research on the owner of the site.

Oh and John this will likely increase traffic for you. It`s done wonders for us. People always call and ask once they talk to you they are a hooked customer. Treat them well and they are a life long customer.

Just provide an order #, an invoice, your  credit card statemnt, anything that will prove this. I never refunded anyone for a hookah as this has never happened. Still waiting. Neal don't play the victim. The original poster here gets an email everytime I rebut.

It's obvious that the original poster is a competitor and set this up. No proof, no order # no invoice sopy, no credit card reciept. Let's go through the flaws of this order, I have never charged $20 for shippng as we have a $10.95 flat rate, so how could I have gone from $20-$40? Not possible. I don't have a storefront for customers to walk into, how this did person walk into my place? Not possible. $213 refund? Not possible, so the reciept of anything.

Look at which vendor has the most reviews and in addition, they are all great, not 1 complaint.

I don't own either of those site so they are accurate reviews.

I have a had experiences with both vendors and I can safely say I doubt that the original poster is honest.  I say that because I know the cited shipping rates he mentioned are bogus and that John doesn't even have a storefront since he only does mail order.

I have a report I filed about Neal and know that he often treats his customers with contempt and my experience with him was pretty negative.  I also have seen his forum posts and videos in which calls Arabs "sand ni-gers" and "hajis" as well mentioning his desire to kill a person so described although I don't know if such a statement was made out of anger, jest or represents his actual thoughts on the matter.

As to John i've bought stuff from him several times and i've always had great service and I can honestly say I don't know of anyone that has had a complaint about him.

I although I don't know if the original poster is Neal or someone associated with him I would not be surprised if that is the case since Neal has made his contempt for John and some other competitors publicly known in the past.

My advice is don't buy anything from Neal and give John a shot.
