I bought a Lexmark cartridge from this company in May 2007.

When I went to use the cartridge a few weeks ago(it was a back up cartridge for me)there was ink all over the packaging. I emailed several times and tried to reach them on the phone several times but have had no luck. I think I have been ripped off 87.88.

On their website they stress customer satisfaction! I don't understand why these companies are left on the web only to rip other people off!
