Jakob Advisors, Peter Jackson, Barbara-accountant, Suzanne Gordon jakob advisors told me that i qualified for a $20,000 personal, but first i needed to come up with $1500 dollars they said that i needed to talk to accounting and they told me that my $20,000 would be in my account between 3-5. now they are not answering when i call them. peter jackson from jakob advisors called me and told me that i was aproved for a $20,000 loan, but first i needed to come up with $1,500 for collateral and insurance because i had bad credit. i felt leary about all of this, but then thought that it was ok because i had actual papers that we signed and jakob advisors had a trademark on there, there federal id # and their business license# on there, they said that they have been in business since 2001. now they won't answer the phone when i call. i didn't relize that i had been ripped off until i found them under your ripoff report.

Then too, advance fee loans are..illegal?

Too bad you didn't look here first. Next time, I am sure you will.

Anyway, I really hope you can well survive the loss of your $1500. Some people who report here about getting burned on these scams are "living too close to the line" and so they wind up on the street and hungry.

As my father-in-law once said, don't trust anybody, especially people you do not know.
