My husband purchased 3 CDs from MariesCDs at aol.com on eBay. We mailed 2 money order's on 2/7/04. He won another auction after that and sent another money order. He received that merchandise. I emailed them and asked if they got the money orders. They emailed me back and said they had no way of tracking. I emailed again and asked if they sent the CDs they sent an answer that had nothing to do with the question so I emailed them again and then they reported me to ebay for non payment. I emailed ebay and explained what was going on.

Ebay is all for the seller (especially a power seller) I called the money order company and they said Maries Cds cashed the money orders on 2/11. So I emailed Maries and told them they cashed my money order where was my merchandise. I also reported them to ebay for fraud. I reported them to the internet fraud reporting agency. NO one seems willing to help me.I know it wasn't alot of money its just the point that it adds up. ebay is making profit on their sales of merchandise that people are not getting. They will not pull MariesCDs off ebay, even though they have had over 1600 negative feedbacks in the last year. My husband bought these items if I had read their feedback I never would have done business with them
