My experience with this company was horrible. They advertised a Deluxe hardshell case advertised as an 8217 Ovation Deluxe Guitar Case and sent me a standard case. I had to return the item. The foam was coming away from the case and it really smelled badly. The blamed the typo on Ovation Guitar however Ovation's website reflected the case accurately and musician's friend website is wrong. They advertised the Case I bought as a Deluxe Model. They claim they have a Satisfaction Guranteed Policy and they refused to make it right. I will not plan to use Musician's friend or Guitar center again.
