OX Publishing committed theft of services of Publicity Guaranteed (CEO: Alex Konanykhin / SVP: Nat Kurok) Internet

Publicity Guaranteed has filed a lawsuit against OX Publishing for contract violations (failure to pay) but not Theft of Services as outlined in this Rip Off Report.

Further, PG does not mention that OX has filed counter cliams that include deceptive trade practices and deceptive advertisement.

Unlike PG, OX prefers to try its court case in a court of law.

I have been a very satisfied customer of Ox Publishing for about 6 months now.  I have had only 1 issue ever...I couldn't use my store credit or make purchases.  This was a result of me using Firefox instead of Internet Explorer.  The customer service team was quick to assist me and I have NEVER had any kind of problem.

John Keller was the rep who helped set my account up.  He has been 100% there for me and my family.  If I were Ox Publishing, I would strongly consider filing a defamation law suit against the original poster here.  I only know a few people from Ox Publishing.  But I would trust them with anything and have found them to be wholeheartedly honest and reliable.

I've worked with Ox Publishing as an affiliate for approximately 2.5 years now.  I can't speak specifically to this complaint, but would want all to know that the entire team at Ox, from Joel Pate to the customer service team to the IT Director, have all gone out of their way to help make me a successful partner.  Ox Publishing provides excellent customer service and a reliable product.  Perhaps most importantly to me as an affiliate, they pay commissions like clockwork -- each and every week!

 

I first want to start off with OX and my firm have a GREAT working Affiliate relationship, as the past poster claimed the commission is clock work, it truly is.

But it looks like Publicity Guaranteed is the TRUE SCAMMER here, people have there own options and options are like a$$holes they all stink.

OX provides a service that helps the people who deserve to be helped, notice how the main person who started this post is anonymous, I can see why, they do not have the facts straight, I got over 30 clients in the program and NOT one problem.
