PaydayLoanToday Affiliate Program PaydayLoanToday RIPPED me OFF for OVER $600.00 Las Vegas Nevada

I've been monitoring internet affiliate programs since 2002. Many incentives I've used to help reward publishers in using an honor system 5 cent cost per click policy. Rewarding someone who abuses this policy is considered a red flag and part of the responsibility as a manager is delete these affiliates as soon as possible.

Part of complying towards the affiliate programs terms of services required affiliates to express written or verbal ways to generate traffic.

As they say, it only takes one bad apple to spoil it for the rest. Unfortunately, I've had to remove the 5 cent clicks on all my programs because the owner of the 3rd party management software company removed it out of existence. Currently, every affiliate that still thrives in the programs I manage without the 5 cent click incentive would probably like to take Jason aside and vote him off the island.

I'm guessing, any further comments you hear from him are going to be about the poor victim. Well, how about all the victims of the rest of the bunch that are all "spoiled", I'd like to know.

It's funny how Jason Collins left out that he signed up with 2 affiliate programs that I manage and in less than a week generated all that 5 cent traffic which totaled to almost $1,000 without mentioning how the traffic or clicks came from nor did he mention that we sent him log files of all his traffic and every click to our site proving to him that all of it hit the back button or was some how forced into redirecting to our sites by questionable domains. This information is based on our log files.

Also, you mentioned in this rip off report that you were never paid. That is not true. I have the paypal receipts to prove it, thus the entire report is falsely based. You were compensated for all your clicks. As with being paid, it did take less than 2 weeks to be able follow-up with you on several phone calls as well from the owners of the companies to reach a settlement...

Finally, because of your "excellent" traffic for both affiliate programs, the click policy wasn't just stopped on the programs I managed but all the affiliate programs in the fusionquest network.

I also need to mention that from the very beginning, even after being paid, he's threatened me, the manager, with lawsuits since I deleted him from the affiliate programs totaling $53,334.43 cents on baseless grounds that I prevented him from generating more money based on the click ratio he was going to make for the monthly commissions.

News flash: Most affiliate programs aren't set up for traffic alone or just leads but a cpa affiliate program are designed for sales. Commissions are created once the company makes money, thus they are able to pay publishers. This guy must have really thought that the 2 companies I represented were just going to pay him 53K per month for his traffic.

FACTS:

1. You terminated my account and refused to pay based on requirements that were not published in your TOS.

2. After being taken to task by both me and FusionQuest you tried to change your TOS and claim they included a minimum conversion clause from the beginning. (I have the emails from JB at FusionQuest if you would like them posted for the world to see.)

4. You did pay me, but only AFTER much clawing and gnashing of teeth and AFTER FusionQuest terminated your account.

5. FusionQuest reviewed the traffic sources and found NOTHING wrong. That is why they pressed you to pay up AND why they canceled your account. (Again, I have all of the emails...)

6. Your comments on this report have guaranteed that it will move up the SERPS.

7. Your whining has only made you look more guilty than if you had just ignored it and moved on.

8. Your grammar is atrocious and you are the KING of meaningless drivel.

9. You can either let this die or we can fight it to the very top of Google.

As I delve deeper into the nature and character of PayDayLoanToday.com, a.k.a., CheckExpress.com, I find that their scamminess goes far beyond duping members of their affiliate program. According to a report filed by Consumeraffiars.com's Mark Huffman, in November of 2006 the company owned by Semisi Katoa (paydayloantoday.com) was the target of an investigation and legal action by the Attorney General of West Virginia.

It seems that when faced with legal pressure these guys fold like a house of cards. Of the 14 companies served in the suit, Checkexpress.com d/b/a Paydayloantoday.com of Las Vegas, NV, was one of 8 that agreed to sign a statement agreeing to discontinue business in WV and to refund all of the illegal interest and fees that they had attempted to dupe out of residents in that state.

The Attorney General of WV said, "The defendants require payment of interest with Annual Percent Rates ("APR") ranging from 600 to 800 percent APR."

600 to 800 percent!?!?!? Man, if there was ANY question about the integrity of Mark Herre and Semisi Katoa it has been cleared up now!

In spite of their being named in the WV investigation AND in spite of entering into a settlement agreement (read: admitting guilt or at least culpability), Pay Day Loan Today continues to spew marketing text like the following:

"... the PaydayLoanToday.com model is the only that claims to not take advantage of their customers. They state they are different... " - SOURCE: articlestree.com

I was completely happy with just posting my original consumer complaint and letting this whole PayDayLoanToday.com mess seep from my memory. Mark Herre decided that he needed to reawaken this stinky mess by posting his "bad apple" rebuttal. His actions have enlivened my desire to make sure that the world knows the true nature of the character and CHARACTERS behind this ongoing criminal organization.
