I bought very expensive tickets to the College World Series in Omaha, NE several months ahead of time. When I bought the tickets the listing specifically said that the tickets were to be shipped the week of the game via Fed Ex overnight. Therefore I had them shipped to the hotel we were staying at in Omaha. I live 16 hours away in Texas. Well, the seller shipped them months before the game instead of the week of the game to the hotel. The hotel did not want to be responsible for them and did not want to pay to have them Fed Ex'ed to TX. I called Stub Hub for help seeing as they did not do as the listing stated. THEY WERE NO HELP!! They said it was my problem. Well, they just lost some major business.

Users spot on about Stub Hub customer service reps, their worthless guarantee and protection of sellers.

I could not agree more with the reports/comments here about Stub Hub and find it strange that there are not many more reports than presented here.

My experience with Stub Hub...

- I paid a big premium for front and center concert tickets.

- The venue changed the seating arrangement (all floor seats removed to create a standing room/pit area). This change was made before I responded to the add touting the great seats and purchased the tickets
- Multiple Stub Hub customer service reps rudely repeated their mantra about no refunds, that it was the venue's doing and that they would not contact the seller. The seller obviously knew about the change as they were a venue season ticket holder and I found out later they are notified immediatly by the venue of changes to seating - thus this was true fraud.
- I received replacement seats that were far from front row (along with a pit pass, but my wife and I had not desire to stand in a sweaty crowd for 3+ hours). Bottom line, the money I paid for the seats I ended up with was MUCH greater than the value of these seats.
- What made me almost more angry than my own predicament was the fact that even after I reported to Stub Hub that there were many more ads continuing to tout great seats near the stage at very high premiums, they did nothing to contact the sellers and make them revise their ads to reveal what the real seating, or lack there of I should say, would be. Stub Hub did nothing to prevent other buyers from getting ripped off by sellers blatantly advertising premium seats that did not exist.
- I WILL NEVER BUY TICKETS FROM STUB HUB AGAIN!
