Style Runway Fast shipping NO SHIPPING! Los Angeles California

Well, after I placed this order from Style Runway almost two weeks ago and not receiving my products yet, I began getting a little worried. So, then I just started searching for anything that I could find to explain this. That got me to this web site and then read all the bad things that this company does.

I have spent over $300 for three things and have not gotten any response. When I first placed the order I received an e-mail stating that my order was received and that I would receive another e-mail 24 hours later that my credit card would be processed. More than 48 hours later, I received another e-mail saying that my credit card went through and that within 24 more hours I would receive shipment confirmation. Given that it was around New Year's, I expected not to hear a response for one day. Now it has been over 2 weeks since I placed the order and I have not received any other order confirmation. The product should have shipped by now - even at ground shipping it would have arrived. It also states on your web site "we ship fast." Well this is the longest it has ever taken me to receive an order. I also tried calling customer service, leaving messages, sending e-mails and trying the little online "chat" thing. Sometimes I waited over 2 hours for someone to come on to the chat. Then they would end the session before answering my questions. I tried that again and then no one even responded to my chat. So, something is going on here and something has to be done.

It looks like such a legitimate - secure on the site, guarantees fast shipping and states that they buy from the merchant. I don't know if that's the case since I haven't received my products and who knows if I will. I would help whoever it is that wants to take action on these people. It's scary that this thing happens so often especially how often we all order online.
