Surplusalert ripoff i never gave them my credit card number these people are theives Nationwide Internet

while resurching home businesses i came across surplusalert, i wasn't interested and didn't order the ebay kit.i recieved it in the mail anyway. upon looking at my bank statement several weeks later ther was a 4.95 charge. i called the number and spoke to awomen named weng ocampo,told her what happened and asked for my money back. she refused my request. i spoke to her supervisor,ronald capaluma. he gave me a sales pitch.

i requested refund yet again and was told that charge was for shipping and charged by the shipping co. not them that icould not get my money back.i canceled the membership that i never signed up for and wrote off the five bucks.a couple days later while checking my account for a reciept i thought i had lost i found an unknown charge for 29.95. a couple days after that i got somthing in the mail from them, among other things it said i"qualified" for certain offers by having paid 29.95 to be a member. surplusalert doesn't show up on the bbb site. i cancled the membership i never asked for. inever gave them my credit card number or ordered anything from them. in fact as near as i can tell they had charged my card the same day or the day before ihad called them about the first charge of 4.95. don't you think they would have known about that? icertianly do.

i'm going to call my bank like this website said and continiue to contact surplus alert. i intend to persue this as far as possible and prosicute. these people are thieves. if someone walked up and put their hand in your pocket and took out 35.00 what would you do to them?
