Survey Platinum ripoff refund remedy - hope this helps you all! Palatine Illinois

After reading everyones postings here, I realized I too had fallen victim to Survey Platinum. I emailed those bastards twice a day for a week, and they didn't even respond. I filed a compaint with the BBB, but haven't heard back from them yet. I was starting to think I would never see my $34.95 again, but I decided to write to clickbank (the company that collects the membership fee). I told them the same thing I told SP: If my money is not back in my account by noon CST on Friday October 29, I will be filing a fraud complaint with my banking institution. Lo and behold - I get an email today from clickbank telling me that my money has been refunded!

I wish I had visited this site before I paid SP...I did do my research, but all I looked at was the sites that rate the survey sites. They all list SP as the best of the best because of their super easy refund policy. Well, I wrote to most of them and told them they better revise their rating system because they are getting a lot of backlash for saying this when it isnt true. One website even says that SP has great email contact - they email you back within 2 hours!! I guess that is for people who don't have a gripe...

Anyway, I just thought I would help you guys out. It may take a little bullying on your part, but it is worth it if you want to see your money again. It wouldnt hurt to go ahead and file a compaint with the BBB. The form is really easy & quick to fill out. Hopefully we can get these scam artists off the internet or at least make it harder for them to scam people out of their money $34.95 at the time.
