I was sure I made the right choice, but after making no money and signing up with all possible contacts, I tried to get my money back thru paypal. I will keep trying, because this company is unfair.

#1 Consumer Suggestion

You can get your money refunded if you follow the system.

AUTHOR: Dan - White Rock (Canada)

My wife enrolled in Survey Platinum and found that there was no money to be made through online surveys. She enrolled in well over a hundred surveys through Survey Platinum with no success at all. All the rip-off reports I've read here describe it perfectly.

However, unlike others here, I did get the refund for my wife. Perhaps it was because I am very cautious about these kind of schemes. When she enrolled, I marked the day and time on my calendar. I must have known that we couldn't get the refund until after 75 days because I had that marked down too. So somewhere on Survey Platinum's site, they must have given that imformation.

By the time the 75 days had passed, we realized that there was no way anyone could make money doing these surveys, so on the 76th day we requested a refund. Of course, Survey Platinum sent an email trying to postpone this. As soon as they did, I sent off two emails, one to Survey Platinum to demand the refund, and a similar one to ClickBank (we paid with a credit card through ClickBank).

We got the refund immediately.

My advice is: Always mark down dates of enrollement, when the gaurantee ends, and any other limitations. And don't skip reading the fine print!

Hope this helps.

Daniel

PS: Our experience with Survey Platinum was over 8 months ago, but I had this site bookmarked on my browser and was revisiting it. It prompted me to write about our experience to help others.

Survey Platinum update

AUTHOR: Joan - Aurora (U.S.A.)

After 9 months of weekly persistance, they finally refunded my money via PayPal. I told them I would not give up and being persistant did pay off. FYI, most of the survey companies you can join for free on your own. I had already signed up with about 10 of these companies that were on their list. Beware of these ahead, before you decide to join. Good Luck.
