Surveyscout.com is a bunch of Jerks refund rip off Internet

I requested a refund from these guys 2 months ago. Their website emphasizes "If you ask for a refund, we give you a refund." Hah! After sending them numerous emails that didn't get a response, I was finally answered this morning. They're now saying that I have to go through a separate website to request a refund.

I wouldn't have minded that too much if they'd specified that when I first requested a refund instead of making me chase them down & email them a bunch of times. So instead of saying "If you ask for a refund, we give you a refund" they should revise it to say "If you ask for a refund, we'll make you wait a million years & jump through a bunch of hidden hoops & then maybe you'll get your money back."
