Thetatronics Thetatronics.com stole over $265.00 from me and have ripped off numerous others, Internet

Over a month ago i tried to order and XBOX 360 Elite from Thetatronics, advertised as new for $265.59 after shipping & tax & handling. Here is the url: http://www.thetatronics.com/xbox360elite120gbgameconsoleblack-p-270.html
After a few days of the order status being listed as "pending," I emailed the company to find out when it would be arriving. I was emailed back twice, the first saying it would take 1-3 business days to put the order through and the second saying please allow 5-10 business days for receipt of your items.

A few days later the order status went from "Pending" to "Processing," however it stayed at "Processing" for over a week, until finally it said "Processing 1 or more item(s) in your order are currently on back order." When i was notified of this I immediately emailed them asking to cancel my order because I was not notified that it was on backorder before ordering it.

After a few days with no response I emailed again, and this continued until I had email them multiple times. Finally, almost two weeks after I was told it was on backorder the order status was "canceled." Then they finally emailed me saying my money was not stolen and I would recieve my money in 1 billing cycle from the date of cancellation. It has been 1 month and not only have I not gotten my money back but they do not respond to my emails. Here is a copy of my order log:

I have the emails they sent me, and I was able to find the following information about a Thetatronics:
