Tuvee.com Buyer Beware! Tuvee.com ripped me off, too! Miami Florida

I placed an order on-line a month ago. My experience with Tuvee.com is similar to the other consumer's complaints on this site.

I've never received my order. I did recievie an order confirmation from them (with a confirmation number) and the item was charged to my credit card; however, the USPS tracking number they gave me showed that my item was actually shipped to THEMSELVES from another Florida location.

I've called both numbers on their website several times and have only reached a voicemail system that says to leave a message (in other words, no company name is given, which is a red-flag) and have never received a return phone call. Their "live chat" feature was off-line.

Last week I received an email from them saying my item had been returned back to them because my shipping address was wrong and asked me to reconfirm it, which I did. Of course, this conflicts with the info I got off the Post Office website using the tracking number they'd given me. I re-confirmed my address and asked them to send me confirmation.

I have not heard anything back from them -- and I STILL haven't received my product.

Stay away from this website!!!
