I purchased the Turn Key Virtual Investing 3 for 1 Bailout Special in April 2009. I paid $1, 180 through my PayPal account to them for this system. I made two payments of $590. One on May 16 and one on May 30, 2009. They guaranteed results or they would refund your money if you had not done any deals in 12 months. They sent all these emails with all this information, but half of the links didn't work. They had a support website that we could submit tickets for support or questions. They also said that we could submit joint venture deals to them and they would blast it to their list of buyers, which they claimed was up in the thousands. When I submitted my joint venture, it took them two months to respond. Then when they responded, they told me that Mr. Petty only does JVs if the profit is at least $10K. I replied, so why didn't you all send my deal information out to your buyers list? I received a response that I have to let them know to do it that way.
Any time I called the support phone number, the phone just rang until the voicemail picked up. For about a month before that, the support website wasn't even up or functioning. It just didn't seem like it was very professional. They also promised 3 free one on one consulation calls with Mr. Petty. I only had one, and it took me two weeks to finally get him on the call. Every time I submitted my ticket to schedule the call, the virtual assistant sent me an email with the date, time, and number to call into. When I would call in, no on would be there. I sat on the line for 30 min the first time and finally hung up. I want to get my money back. I also paid $7 through my PayPal account to get a Virtual Real Estate Investing CD, but they never mailed it to me. I sent them an email letting them know that I never received the cd. They responded about a month later asking what address to send the CD to. I never responded back. I want my money back! When I asked for a refund, I was sent the same thing they told us in the beginning. If you do a deal with them, use them as a private lender, or purchase one of their properties, they would refund your money. They still did not address my question.
