About a week ago I had a problem on Full Tilt. While playing in a $30 heads up sit and go I had a tech issue. It resulted in me losing the tournament on the first hand. Not a huge deal but I wasn't happy with what happen. I emailed them right away about the issue. I got back a lame generic email that a computer unlike a real casino cannot make mistakes. After sending a new email explaining the issue again wanting my $30 refunded, and that their first email was unacceptable, I recieved a new one telling me that when I play multiple tables at once mistakes can happen. Again I emailed back that that was not the issue and again for the third time explained what happen. Finally someone that made a little sense and "wanted to help resolve the issue" emailed me back, problem was this person called me "Frank" in the email, which is not my name. After a few useless emails back and forth I finally stated that if my $30 was not refunded I would cash out and go back to Poker Stars and that I would tell my story on every poker blog I could find. About 2 hours after I sent the email I logged on to Full Tilt to see if they refunded the money, and my account said unkonwn screen name/password. I have emailed them back numerous times and have not recieved an email back from them. I can only believe that since I threatened to tell my story, they closed my account and kept the $1,155 I had in the account. I would warn everyone to never play there again. I wish I would have read the postings on this website before I bought in on Full Tilt
