The Latest Scam by Jay Servidio and Teleteria

In his latest fraud, notorious Internet scammer Jay Servidio of Teleteria is peddling turnkey Web sites involving online casino gambling. He claims to offer “an opportunity to own a business and work from home” and to “buy your own casino.”

Mr. Servidio's earlier frauds involved adult Web sites. After spending thousands of dollars on a Teleteria site, the victim learns that the site is worthless. As a consummate con artist, Mr. Servidio then refuses to return his victim's money and even asks for more money. (I speak from experience since he defrauded me out of more than $5,000.)

Online chat rooms are filled with complaints about Mr. Servidio's Internet fraud.

Mr. Servidio's TeleteriaCasino.com caper has a new wrinkle. Instead of simply cheating his victims out of money, his casino fraud leaves the victim open to possible prosecution by federal authorities. Federal prosecutors are cracking down on Internet gambling, according to an article in the Wall Street Journal.

But a clever crook like Mr. Servidio always covers his tracks. According to the TeleteriaCasino.com contract, Teleteria is held harmless “from any and all fines, penalties, losses, claims, or other liabilities…” It sounds as if Mr. Servidio will defraud the victim as usual, and the victim will be left holding the bag by the federal prosecutor for running an illegal gambling operation.

To top it off, Mr. Servidio is hawking TeleteriaCasino.com on Jobs.com as a phony work-from-home scheme. I have filed formal complaints with Jobs.com and the U.S. Attorney for the District of Connecticut concerning Teleteria' s latest frauds. In the meantime, I suggest you hide your wallet and warn everyone you know about con man Jay Servidio and Teleteria.
