It all started when I received an email from Maxima Online Casino offering me a 300% first deposit bonus if I signed up an account with them, the offer sounded good so I saved up 100 English pounds opened up the account and deposited the £100 into my new Maxima Casino Account, and as promised I received £300 from the casino giving me a total of £400 to play on there online games.
I immediately went to the live roulette game and started playing, before long I was £300 down and decide that I no longer wished to gamble at the site and walk away with the £100 I had left in my account.
I proceeded to withdraw the money I had left from my account with Maxima, and set up a transfer to place the money back into my current account.
The Transfer went into a pending mode where I had to wait for it to be authorised, I waited a few days then received an email from Maxima basically saying that they where refusing to transfer my money because I had not fulfilled the agreement of my first deposit bonus (copy of email is Appendix 1 at end of report), I was unhappy so I logged onto the casino and spoke to a member of there online help team to discuss the situation and find out what the rules where and why I could not collect my money.
I was informed that I could not collect any money from my Maxima account until I at least gambled £10,000 on there website, at this point I was outraged, I never planned to gamble that kind of money at any point so I was in a situation where I had lost my £100 deposit from the very start and what ever money I might of won I would never of been able to collect. Then to make matters worse I also discovered in the conversation that not only did I have to gamble £10,000 before I could collect my original deposit back, also certain games where excluded from what I could play to accumulate the £10,000 required that I was been blackmailed into gambling.
One of the listed games excluded from accumulating the money was roulette, at this point I realised I was playing a loose loose situation, because even if I had won with the £300 I gambled I would have still had to gamble £10,000 on another game before I could collect any winnings, for example if I had won £10,000 on roulette via placing £15,000 worth of bets through playing with winning. According to there policy I would have had to gamble the £10,000 again still in another game that they approved of.
This in my opinion is a con, there website allowed me to gamble this money knowing full well I could never win while playing this game, so me I had lost before I started.
After compaining to the online support person, i was givin and email address where I could send an email to explain the situation.
I did so and received the same reply that I could not collect any money. (copy of email Appendix 3)
Im so upset that I was conned out of £100 this way I no longer wish to take part in any services Maxima Casino have to offer however I still have the £100 I deposited in there account which they will not let me collect until I gamble a further £10,000 on selective games they approve which does not include the one game I played while I was on there website which was roulette

I see this quote as a deliberate attempt to encourage me to gamble against my will, plus later they state that I am £10,000 away from fulfilling the requirements in my opinion this is not close to meeting the requirements as stated.
