I played this casino online,I had many deposits,almost equal to what I won(I believe that has alot to do with these places not paying)which was $800.00.I withdrew the winnings on the 2nd of August,they needed proof documents that I am who I say I am.That took a couple of days to get done,they are very fluant in making sure of this(it also is a great way to put someone off as long as possible).After I received the confirmation that they have excepted all the proof,they said it would be 10 to 14 days for it to hit my bank.I gave them the correct banking info,I know this cause of the 15 times or so I have contacted them we went over them time and time again,my routing number and bank account # for electronic direct deposit to my bank,whom I have been with for 13 yrs and trust completely.

Now after speaking to them today,this comes after I had talked to two managers supposedly,and them telling me they will find out the tracking #s and so forth.They now are saying that my bank sent them confirmation to the deposit,yet my bank has not seen anything at all deposited especially from a casino out of South Africa.So I ask them very simple question "are you now saying my bank and I are liars,cause I just got through telling you my bank has no record of any such thing."So then they go right back to there first stallment tactic by telling me the banking manager won't be in untill Monday.This after I told them 2 managers already spoke to me and then never got back to me like they promised.I finished by telling them I am going to file a complaint with the gaming commission and if possible have you closed for good and possibly have charges of extortion,raccateering brought up on you depending on how many they have done this to in the past.I want to finish by saying I am not a supporter of casinos of any kind,I think it is dumb for people to blow all there money at them.I play the online when I am at home and bored,little did I know that playing with real money,just means your dumb enough to believe they payout,isn't there a law or something,cause if not we need to reach out to people and tell them about this,my family needs those winnings and if justice can'tget it then there should be a blood law,mess with my money and you mess with my whole family's money,right? or wrong?.They got my money!!!Could you please tell me how they can do this and get away with it,please email me and let me know,cause I am going to open me a online casino,seriously.If they can get away with it,then why are aLL THESE PEOPLE IN PRISON FOR DOING THE SAME THING EXCEPT THEY HAD THE GULL AND GUTS TO DO IT IN PERSON.We are a country of respect and honesty so do we let it go and I just forget all about it or can we crucify these losers.I AM RIGHT HERE TELL ME WHAT TO DO,i AM READY!!!!!!!!

this happens all the time

i only wished it would have been $800.00, not that it is a low amount but mine was a bit over 10 k. and that was just one i got screwed out of.  i do wished there were something we could do about these casinos and all of their tatics that cause so much harm to families.  i now know how stupid we were for even getting involved, but if you don't gamble then it is very difficult for people to understand it all.  these online casinos exploit that.  i have just about lost everything.  i wished there were a way of getting a hold of you to see if there is some LEGAL way of dealing with these theives.  i would give you my email addy but i don't think they would let it go on here.  i am also in california.  how can i get a hold of you?? it takes more than one person to fight this and i am willing to be on board!!!
