Alright, basically Worldwinner is an online site where you can play games to win money. I've been playing for a long time I am very good at one particular game called Swap It!. They have daily progressive tournaments where the jackpot can get to anywhere from $100 to over $200 for the first place winner. I am good enough that I usually can place in the top 3 but with the amount of entry fees I put in, sometimes I might just end up breaking even.

The part that angers me is that MANY times, I have been blocked from progressive tournaments before they've ended and I would get an automated message saying that there are currently NO players with your "fairmatching rank" and that there are no tournaments available to you.

Many times, I put about $100 in entry fees into the tournament and before I can place high enough to recover some of my losses, I get that message and I can't play anymore.

The "fairmatching rank" system is something that worldwinner puts in place to make sure that players with similar skills are playing against each other. The way it works has always been questionable to me. Many times, I would consecutively win a lot of money, at which time, would have been perfectly legitimate to block me then because my fairmatching rank would have gone up based on the money I've won. But no, they wait until I end up losing back a big portion of the money before they block me. Now...how does LOSING make me better than all the other players that there are no tournaments available to me?

In their own help section on their website regarding the fairmatching rank system, this is what it says:

"FairMatching™ Ranks are determined on a game-by-game basis, and only money competitions will affect your FairMatching™ Rank. Please note that the entire competition must end - and a winner must be declared - before your FairMatching™ Rank will be adjusted."

That specifically says that the competition must END and a winner DECLARED before my rank is adjusted. They're practically stealing the money I put in up to the point they block me and I have no recourse on trying to recover those losses.

When they are doing that, I am incurring monetary damages in the way that the entry fees are only deductible for tournaments in which I WIN money. I am deprived of the fair opportunity to try to win money so I can offset the entry fees and have it deductible.

Something in the way they operate their company does not seem fair and I really hope there are grounds for a lawsuit. They're promoting a site that tells people you can win money based on skill, but if you're good, they'll screw you over as best they can. If you're bad, you just don't win. Either way, Worldwinner rakes in a large chunk of the entry fees for themselves.
