1 yr subscription and THEY added a $14 extra charge and i cant view or open anything so i paid $34 for nothing then went to order NERO cuz i thought maybe that was why i couldnt view the movie and that was a rip off too. So now i have all these things taking up space on my computer im out $60 and cant view a video they are scam artists
