I see that I am not the only one that has been ripped off from this seller....

I placed an order for custom accessories from this seller. I originally found her through ebay, however since this was a custom order all orders must be sent to her email (per her instructions on ebay and her website). I received a response within a day on my custom order inquiry. I mentioned that I might wait a few days, but she replied right away, saying that she did not have a lot of the fabric left, so I must order soon if I wanted these accessories. So I ordered the next day and paid the invoice via PayPal right away. This was July 24th, 2008.

The end of August, I contacted the seller for an update. On September 3rd, 2008 she emailed me that the store was closed for a week and items have shipped. Since then, I have emailed her 4-5 times asking for an update on my order (shipping tracking number, verification of ship to address). I have not heard anything back.

On September 26th, I contacted PayPal to file a dispute. Since it was 45 days past the "allowable" timeframe to file dispute, PayPal suggested to contact my credit card company for a refund. I will see what that does...

It is interesting that she responded to my inquiry right away and even suggested I buy right now to avoid the fabric going out of stock. However, when it was time to deliver, she does not respond to emails.

Buyers, please beware. She is listed as a top ebay seller and has her own store on ebay and her own store on Etsy. PLEASE BEWARE.
