My wife orderd me a replica baseball Jersey (size XXXL) from AA Kaufman in early May 2008 for my birthday, which is in mid May. She was told that we would have the jersey in time - but when my birthday came and went - the jersey had not arrived.

We waited a few more days before contacting the company, and were told that the jersey should be arriving any day. A few days after that (towards the end of May) we got a package from them in the mail. Upon opening the package, we found a baseball replica jersey -- size Youth Large.

We contacted the AA Kaufman about the error and they apologized and asked us to return the jersey to them (we had to pay for the return of the incorrect jersey). We did so via the USPS and notified them of the return. AA Kaufman told us that once they got the jersey, they would then ship us out the correct jersey.

We contacted them again in early June as we had not gotten the original baseball jersey that we paid for. We were told that the jersey had shipped, and that we should be getting it in a few days. A week went by and still no jersey.

We contacted them again on June 15th (over a month since the original order was placed), and we were notified that if the jersey didn't arrive by the following Wed (June 18th) that she would gladly refund our money. Wednesday came and went and still no jersey (although you could have probably guessed that by now).

I decided to give her a little more time and waited until June 23rd before finally giving up. We contacted AA Kaufman and asked them to just please refund the money - and to please send us a cashiers check.

We finally heard back on 6/27 that she would refund the price of the jersey (and the cost of sending back the incorrect jersey) - and that "yes", she would be sending the refund via Cashier's check.

I am writing this on October 3rd of 2008, and to date we have not received our refund. They are an Internet only business, and further emails to the addresses listed on the web page have gone unanswered. We filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau on 8/22 and that complaint also went un-answered.

Please be cautious in dealing with this company if you absolutely want to buy from them. My advice would be to not deal with them at all.
