A to Z Micro Technologies Inc Rip-Off, Over a year and no product, No Customer Service, SCAM, Terrible Dropshipper Little River, South Carolina

Order a product for our customer in January 2010.  When we placed order we were notified order was not available and would be available in 30 to 60 days.  During that time we were charged an additional $980 dollars for the same order.  We called A to Z and were told they would refund the money.  After numerous calls and emails never received a refund. We requested numerous manager calls and all were ignored. We finally got thru to our contact and were told there accounting systems had no way to issue the refund even though they were aware they made a mistake.  I explained how ridicoulos it was and to send a check he said they could only issue credit.  We figured we get some stock items and use the credit - tried placing 6 orders for various items and were told each time items were not available. 

We are still waiting for our procut for Jan 2010 - yes over a year ago!  Still waiting to get our refund on money we feel was STOLEN out of our account!

We've tried numerous emails to get our product and refund with no responses.  Requested manager call backs and never receive a response.

Seems like business is run out of Jason Seatons bedroom as can never get thru to anyone, but him even when try switchboard they request you leave a message.

A horrible partner to do business with - very disaapointing that they stole $2,000 and cannot work to resolve the issue like any other upstanding business would.  We have numerous emails on record with numerous empty promises and admission that they took out an additional $980 without consent and cannot refund it.
