Amazon.com - Amazon closed my seller account because it is "related to an account which has been previously blocked" Internet

On 2009-07-14 I got an an email from amazon:

We are writing to let you know that we have blocked your selling account. Your open listings have been cancelled and you may no longer sell on our site. Any subsequent selling accounts that are opened will be closed as well.

We took this action because it has come to our attention that this account is related to an account which has been previously blocked for violations of our policies. While we do not provide detailed information on how we link related accounts, we have significant evidence that this account is related to a previously blocked account.

So I appealed:

Can you please tell me the name of the "account which has been previously blocked" that my account is "related" to?
Can you also tell me what was the crime of that "related" account?
I've been selling on amazon since around 2003 and haven't had any problems until today.
Maybe it's because I recently moved and just updated my address to an address that happened to be black-listed in your system?

However, we have thoroughly reviewed our records and confirmed that we have significant evidence that your account is related to another previously blocked account.

The reply looks pretty automated to me.
And the decision to block my account seems pretty automated too.
I've never even had a "related" Amazon account.
I plan to file a complaint with Washington state's Attorney General:
