In November 2008 I ordered what I thought was a book from Amazon.com. At some point a mistake was made. It is possible I ordered the wrong thing and instead of a book an order was generated for “Dreamweaver for Dummies” as a computer tech CD rom.

On the 08.11.08 I received an email from Amazon telling me my order had been ship and that the order was being sold to me by a company called “Eletroexcellence” the order confirmed this was a paper back book.

On arrival I received an envelope with the return address as “Vincent” there was no invoice and inside contained a home made copy of Dreamweaver for Dummies as a CD rom.

After 9 separate correspondences with Amazon via internet the mistake has never adequately been resolved.

Yes, Amazon.com does sell some things that are illegal, I could list some, I found listed there. Amazon.com has a refund policy, if you do not know, its where you can get a refund for certain reasons, if you tell Amazom.com about it, its there "A-to-z Guarantee Protection" I have been cheated by Amazon.com and Paypal.com and Ebay.com several times, therefore I found there are some ways to get your money back. They only allow it 3 times, at Amazon.com, be careful people can do it more than 3 times, thterfore you will need to find some other way to get your refund.

Its bad enough buying from them and getting cheated, you could try to sell something and Amazon.com could cheat you, I still have the proof Amazon.com did.

The most recent was a seller at Amazon.com with a near perfect record until I bought something, thinking they where good to buy from. They left with other people's money including myself, I found there policy, I found there A-to-z Guarantee Protection they returned my money.
