I pre ordered 2 games with a guarantee of receiving the games the same day eq2 opened the game online. Everything went well, i received them in time.

2 weeks later I received another package, opened it and found another damaged game inside. I called them immediately and explained I did not order it and the packaging was damaged.

I sent it back as was instructed, and received an email stating I will be reimbursed $13.51 in my bank account. The statement was confusing and deducted all kinds of fees for shipping so from $36.99 I am only to receive $13.51

I find this totally appalling...I could have sold the game myself and got most of my money back, instead they get the game AND $23.48 of my hard earned money!
