Amazon Marketplace Vendor 2ofus09 Dishonest internet seller Internet

I searched the internet for a product I didn't know had recently been discontinued until I ran out & tried to buy more at the local stores.  I found a few individual sellers and chose one selling on the Amazon Marketplace because I always had good experiences with Amazon.  I checked the feedbacks for the seller, which mostly seemed positive.
I was shipped the wrong items and told the correct order would be mailed the next day, plus was asked not to enter any negative feedbacks on Amazon to give them a chance to correct the problem.  Weeks later, that mailing never showed up and I was told again the items would be re-packaged and mailed the next day. 
I waited over a month and never received either of those shipments.  I filed a claim with Amazon  and a refund was immediately issued, but being issued a refund doesn't change the fact that this seller lied straight out about mailing the items and allowed its customer to just sit and wait for a paid order that was never going to show up. 
It's now too late to buy that item from another seller, and I believe this seller resolves problems like a child might - likes when things go smoothly, lets someone else handle it when it doesn't.
