The customer service, products, and overall business attitude have been totally positive and truly authentic. If, as a customer, I ever had a complaint of any kind; or a concern about the authenticity of a product purchased there, I'd pick up the phone and call the toll free number listed on the front page of the website. It seems like the most professional and fair thing to do. There is a return policy and a 100% authenticity guarantee. That's exactly why I started shopping there years ago. It is a wonderful site with hundreds of authentic designer handbags and accesssories. This site also supports and trains entrepeneurs who want to start their own businesses. Why would they pass knock off products to their fellow "etail" sellers to whom they are training to be successful?

When I saw this report and other nasty comments written by the same person; I was obliged to stop everything I was doing to write that the RIP OFF does not rest with this company but with the BOGUS allegation made probably by a person who didn't return a product that she THOUGHT was a fake. If there was an error on a (received) item, they went far beyond what a lot of on-line stores offer today - a sincere apology for the error and super service getting the correct article shipped. Or if I (or may be you) just didn't like it afterall, the response was - just return the item without any additional expenses incurred, and can we let you try something else? I have signed a reseller agreement with this company for authentic designers handbags. Basically they would provided me authentic products at a slight lower cost for me to resell and hopefully make some profit. On February 25th 2010 I have received complaints from a customer about the authenticity of a handbag she received. The customer has shipped the handbag back to me and I have refunded the money in full. A few days later another customer complaint that the two authenticity cards of her handbag had different serial numbers. I started to investigate on how to validate the authenticity of the product It turned out that this company has defrauded me of my money. They are selling counterfeit handbags, which is illegal in the US. I have confronted the company VP about the issue thru emails and also via phone and asked for a full refund since he did not respected his part of the agreement. The answer that he gave me was "Tell the lady to throw away one of the cards and enjoy her bag,we will not refund you". So now I find myself having products that has cost me $840 that have no value and I cannot resell. I hope that somebody from the BBB can help me with this case and I also hope that this complaint can somehow save other victims from the hands of these thieves.
