CELLHILL.com is really really cool store with great customer service!

If you did pay by paypal you can always file a report/claim.

But trust me it's one of the good guys online.

And I don't see them accepting paypal anyway. maybe you are confusing!

Anyways! These are good guys. And if you do pay them by paypal or any other credit cards or google checkout you're always covered against fraud and that applies to any online store!

They have Secure web pages, and when you do checkout you'll that the page is secured by looking at url it starts https.... the fifth letter "s" stands for Secure.

I mean I shopped before for a cell phone, gsm phones, and I CAN tell the difference easily.

i was excited, when i purchased a unlocked phone from them, once i got it, that thing never turned on, i contact them 15 days straight no one answered, then someone finally told me send the phone back, that they will fix it, once they got my phone, they told me $39.00 to fix it, i said oh no, im not paying to fix a phone you sent me not working, they said send   them $14.95 to get my phone shipped back to me , that they sent me non-working , after email numerous of them, , then they said send $10.00, after i did that, i got no response, they took, my $10.00 pls $375.98 , my hard earned cash down the drain, i keep calling and emailing, nothing. thay need to be shut down, they sell old phones, thay arent a good company, i hope this doesnt happen to anyone, im hurt, now i dont evr order anything online, i go in the store, i wanna make sure i get my item. cellhill, isnt the best store, they are the worse eva, they are number one at scamming ppl.i did pay with a credit card, months and months of disputes, nothing yet, finnally, i got my money from my bank, i sent them all the emails and cellhill response and the shipping travking number. be carefull, cellhill.com, shame on you.
