CellHUT.com - Keep On Talking Misrepresents Merchandise and Product Return Policy Internet Glen Cove New York

The Motorola cellular phone we ordered from CellHut.com was and still is advertised on the website as compatible with my service provider, Cellular One. I called CellHut.com for confirmation of the compatiblilty of this phone with Cellular One technology..

We received a phone call from CellHUT.com customer service requesting to confirm the shipping address. We took this opportunity to confirm the phone's compatability with Cellular One a second time. Again we were assured that yes this phone would work with Cellular One technology.

Upon arrival, the phone had an obvious scratch on the face. The charger that came in the box was used and would not charge the phone.

We got the phone charged and the message "Network Not Found" came up. We took the phone to Cellular One and the technician could not get the phone to work either. The phone menu did not list our band as compatible with the phone. They lied to us more than once.

I was told to request a "Return Merchandise Authorization" via their website.

It has been 2 weeks since I made the request and it is now past the 14 day window to return per their policy. I still have not received the RMA. I sent emails with no response. I attempted to request an RMA again but the order number couldn't be found. I called and was told the order number is not valid AND there is no record that I ever ordered anything from them! $167.00 phone that I cannot use and nothing I can do about it!
