I ordered a cell phone battery from this company's web site on 4/5/2004. They took the money from my credit card account on 4/5/2004. It's now 4/30/2004, and nothing has arrived from them at my address. Also, they have not replied to my repeated, polite e-mail requests for further information.

Product Delivered within ten days of posting the rip-off report

I was pleasantly surprised to receive the product I ordered from CoolBattery within ten days of posting the rip-off report on your web site. Because I received exactly what I ordered, my only complaints are the long time to receive the items, they charged my credit card way before they shipped, and they didn't respond quickly to enquiries at their customer service.
