I ordered three items from Costumes Galore on Novermver 16, 2008. I already paid by credit card on their website (automatically international shipping was charged as I'm outside of US). They didn't allow PayPal, so I can't ask PayPal staff to help me. It was my first order from them, so I sent them an E-Mail (sue@costumesgalore.com) to ask when they ship my items because I wanted to know what's going on with my items (of course, I didn't use a free mail account like Hotmail because I knew some online shops avoid it). However, they didn't write me back. So I sent them E-Mails several times often, but I haven't received a reply from them yet! I thought I give them a call, but their website (www.costumegalores.com) say they will give me their phone number if I ask them by E-Mail. But they NEVER reply. So there is NO way to know their phone number because they don't reply to my E-Mail. They don't have much info on their website, no phone number, no names of staff/owner. Almosy three weaks are left, so I really worry about my order. Their website looks large, so I believed they were not fraud though... Don't they care about international customers? I'm quite dissapointed. There was no notice on their website that they stop orders or something, so I just ordered... Sigh. You can write to sue@costumesgalore.com, but you won't get a reply from her.
