Crispy Kicks ripoff Toronto Internet

On 8/04/2006 I ordered a pair of Air Force One-White Gold City Edition Size: 8. The cost was 67.99 plus 14.99 for shipping which totals $82.98. My account was debited that same day.I sent several emails for weeks with questions about my delivery date. Jan assured me that the product was on its way. I was told it would take 2-3 weeks from order date to arrive to me.

On 8/28/06 I received an email telling me the shoes were out of stock and I had to pick another pair. They said I could pick any pair no matter the price and they would send them express at no extra charge. I told them if I didnt receive the shoes by 9/8/06 I want my money back.

On 9/11/06 and I still havent receive my shoes nor a refund and in the email she asked me to give them another week. I have been dealing with this for almost two months and not only that, the pair I subsituted is cheaper by $10.00 and they claim they can only credit me on my next order but like i told them there will be no next order. It is now 9/26/06 and i'm still waiting.
