On December 26th, I ordered a pair of shoes online with Crispykicks. Upon reciept of the merchandise, I discovered that they were a completely different pair than the ones ordered. I emailed the company for a possible refund and was informed that would not be possible. The company took the liberty of selecting another item because the item ordered was not in stock. I authorized the purchase of a particular pair of shoes, but recieved otherwise. Upon contacting customer service, I was informed that I should keep the pair that I do not want, or pay to have them shipped back and exchanged. In short, they expect me to pay for their error. In ordering from CrispyKicks, be aware that they WILL NOT send what you want, but what they choose for you.
