In july I ordered a digital phone/voice recorder. It was the least expensive of all Internet vendors and shipping was free. I'm a trusting soul and figured this item would be shipped within a few days. I had a question about the functionality of the recorder and wrote to sales@dealgiver.com with my question. I received no reply. I called their toll-free number, 866-587-3456 and left messages. No one was available to take my call although it was important, ya, ta, ta.
This company still has not shipped the item. My credit card was charged $79.00 on July 21st...it is now August 22nd. I wrote to dealgiver and asked them to cancel the order. No acknowledgment. I called them to cancel. No acknowledgement.
Do not place any orders from these people. Either they are inept and can't keep up with demand, or they're a scam. Who am I to judge? I'm certain my credit card company will support my claim so I'm a bit relaxed however, avoid dealgiver.com. You will have done yourself a favor.
