    ...the right way!
    Corporate Advocacy Program
I ordered $23 worth of parts, entered my billing address and credit card number for a $23.34 order. Only afterwards do they say they're actually charging me $84.03. Their website has no contact or cancellation info, their emails are from hidden/fake addresses so you can't reply, and their contact form is hidden, purposefully hard to use. Finally, their policies say I can't cancel my order and that filing a stop payment with my bank will result in a $100 fee.

Sure the owner can claim that you should've read the policies. But I don't plan on violating the policies until I find out he's charging $84 instead of the $23 advertised! By comparison, I can get the same stuff from Amazon for $47 including shipping. There is no way it costs $60 to ship a battery and charger, even from China.

Their terms even say "Buyer’s who initiate any type chargeback/financial dispute of any kind, use of vulgar language whether in the form of verbal or written communication, any action which is deemed less then professional in nature, the customer will be in violation of our Buyer Conduct Policy. " -- what happens when you violate that policy? Doesn't say! I'm assuming the owner thinks that he can take money from people who speak poorly of him.

This business is deceptive and fraudulent. They even hide their contact info & make their feedback form almost useless to discourage complaints. We need to do whatever it takes to prevent dellpartsnmore.com from extorting more people.

They are a scam refer to report # 737342

They are a scam refer to ripoff report # 737342   Dispute the charge on your credit card and be prepared to fight them over attempts to report it as a collections account.  You have two choices (1) pay them if you don't have the time and energy to fight them - they're counting on this by the way or (2) get mad and do something about it.  Again refer to the above report and search on computechnologiesinc and compu technologies for more information.

Update/Correction

AUTHOR: Will - Grandville (United States of America)

The company told me that in fact they do tell me the final price beforehand; it's one line of text in the middle of the page that I easily overlooked; I think their business depends on people not seeing that one line of text.

So although they did technically tell me it'd be $80 before charging me, they did so in the sneakiest way possible by not formatting or presenting the total in any standard way. This combined with their draconian policies and the fact that I haven't received the items yet make me still call these guys a scam. If they want to stop being perceived as a scam, they should make total prices and terms so visible a kindergartener would notice them.

Let us know what happens

Please post back and let us know when you get the items.  I suspect you may not.  Also check your credit card for other fraudulent charges.  Several other people have found suspicous charges on their credit cards after doing business with this company.  Be prepared to deal with the owner's highly unprofessional rants should you attempt to do a charge back.
