Back in Feb. 2003, I ordered 200 personalized napkins from an Ebay seller. The seller cashed my check and never sent the item. I have sent numerous emails only to find out they will not respond and they have disconnected all of their phone numbers.

They have promised a refund, but have never sent it. I started doing some investigating and found there is a list of probaly 20 others this person has done this too.

I have filed reports with Ebay, The Federal Trade Commission, The IFC, I have turned this person in to every agency I can. All I want is my 41.27 that I paid this person for a service she did not provide. The whole time she was doing this to people on Ebay she was still buying and selling, but couldn't return money she stole from others. All I want is what is rightfully mine. No more excuses, no more promises, just they money she kept for a service she did not provide.

Seller Has Automated Message Stating Refunds!

I was informed on May 8th, 2003, by another, who was ripped off by this person that if you email her, a response comes back saying that refunds are being issued and should be completed by May 13th, 2003. So I emailed and asked to be put on the list for my money to be returned as well,....my request went unanswered....
