This is the worst experience I have ever had shopping online. BUYER BEWARE - DO NOT SHOP HERE IF YOU NEED SOMETHING DELIVERED FOR AN IMPORTANT OCCASION!  THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS AT ALL AND THEY ARE CROOKED THIEVES!

Here’s what happened: 
I placed an order for a stuffed animal, some flowers and a box of chocolates to be delivered to my wife for our wedding anniversary. I then called to confirm that the order would be delivered on time.  They assured me that it would definitely be taken care of. They charged my card but I received no further communication and they didn’t deliver! I had to run to the supermarket (an extra 15 mile drive, out of my way; which also made me late, by the way) to pick up some crappy generic flowers (because they had nothing better), and I was late to dinner with my wife. This was supposed to be a special occasion where I treat her and everything was ruined because I was late and had some crappy flowers that looked like I had completely forgotten this very important day! She was understandably less than happy and the entire night went downhill from there.

I called the next day and they didn’t offer any apologies, nor did they credit my card back. They promised a call back from a manager, which NEVER HAPPENED!  I called again this Morning and they told me that they didn’t do it because they believed my transaction to be fraudulent. I then asked for a manager and they refused to transfer me to one. I was shuffled about to different representatives spending over 3 hours on the telephone trying to get someone who could help me at least give my money back and they continuously refused. I’m still out my money and my anniversary was a complete disaster.  

After this ordeal on the phone, I suspect that they simply forgot about my order then tried to blame it on fraud verification. They didn’t even try to contact me about it!?  They had my phone number, they had my email address, but I received neither a call nor an email. Most companies will contact you when there is a problem with your credit card, but not with these people. They will promise you a call, but never do so. Whatever happened to customer service? They didn’t even care that they had messed up, or that it had ruined a very important event in my life.
