Gamewar.com never sent me the account...then after asking for refund cancelled their site Nationwide

i ordered an account from www.gamewar.com and it said it would take like 3 days tops, so after 2 weeks without the account i asked them to refund me, they said that would take like 5 days, now when i havent been refunded i go to the site to see whats up and go figure theirs no more site anymore
