Placed an order and paid 3.99 extra to have product shipped within 24hrs US priority mail which usually takes 2-3 days. Over 2 weeks now and still no product. So I know they did not ship within 24hrs. Also I have sent several e-mails with no response.

They say they will respond to your e-mail within 24hrs but it has been alot longer than that and I have not heard anything yet. I have tried all the e-mail addresses I have for them. The one that is on the receipt they e-mail you is no good it keeps being returned as undeliverable. But I have contacted them on their contac link from their website and also from the other e-mail address for them and nothing.

I also tried to contact them by phone and all you get all day is a busy signal and after 3:00 all you get is a recording also I tried to call the number they have for phone orders that too was busy all day and a recording after 3:00.

They have terrible customer service none at all.

The company e-maied me the day after I filed this report they said my firt order was lost in the mail. They said they would ship another asap and they did. They did send it Priority mail and I had it in a few days. I did not get a refund for the 3.99 extra that I paid to have it shipped the next day that I had asked for in my e-mail to them. But they did include a couple of packs of rolling papers in with my order.

As far as the product goes I tried it and it was pretty good.
