My emails back to you may be getting caught in your spam filter, as if you have emailed me, I certainly have responded, as I do respond to all emails within 24 hrs. I am not backed up with any complaints, I simply do not know who you are, as I do not know how to identify mr. x.
Perhaps you can AT LEAST post YOUR CONTACT INFO on this board, so I can assist you. It would be much more efficient than bashing me, for trying to assist you.

Derek, this is the exact type of response that I told you I would not accept. I already know your numerous email addresses and phone numbers, and have tried contacting you through all of them.
In terms of needing more specific information, ITS ALL RIGHT THERE IN THE SEVERAL EMAILS I HAVE SENT to your email addresses. I am not going to post personal information on this website. You have my emails, and you have my contact information. Look for an email titled "Dear Derek - Regards from a Professional".
Since you claim that you are not backed up with complaints at all, how could you have possibly missed my associate's dozen or more emails sent directly to you. Furthermore, how could you have then missed MY several emails that were sent mere days ago??? And what exactly is the problem with your phones down there in NJ???
How about this Derek. Just post a response with the general steps that one should take to get a refund from your company. That would save us all the hassle of dealing with these postings and rebuttals, and general lack of concern by Herbal Smoke Shop.
Take a look for my emails with the forementioned title. I sincerely hope that we can settle this matter very soon.

Maybe you can ask "Derek" why his "direct" phone number is registered under another name.

Dear Fellow Readers,
You will all be happy to know that I am opening a full investigation into "Derek " as well as his possible alias "Joseph J. Rogers"!
Based on BBB Reports, phone records, phone numbers and corresponding addresses, I believe that "WE THE PEOPLE" can collectively dig up some information on Herbal Smoke Shop as well as its owner.
Anybody who wishes to help in this matter please post a response directly on this post. Any information will be helpful. I am investing my personal time as well as my own personal money into this investigation, thats how strongly I feel that this company has shady business practices.
I am personally irritated at the lack of response by our friend Derek to this post. As you can see by reading many posts on this site, Derek selectively replies to certain reports, apparently those who he feels he can push off with the old "just contact me" line. I am also disappointed at his ability to defend himself with an substantial credibility.
I have now taken this matter to some of my colleagues, who, after reviewing this site, are amazed at how blatantly our friend Derek seems to be portraying himself as some sort of scammer. We have come to a concensus that the only reason he is still in business is because this type of investigation requires money. Unfortunately most people do not have the time and money to spend on an investigation of this magnitutde.
I am waiting for Derek to come along and prove me wrong by simply making good on every single report on this site, including my associate's. It seems that somebody who allegedly has "millions of customers worldwide" would not mind possibly losing a few hundred bucks in refunds, if only for good PR.
Anywho, come show your support for THE CONSUMERS by posting on here. Thanks. I will be back with updates.

All of the text on this website is simply non-sense. If anyone Actually has a problem with an order, all they have to do is contact us and we are happy to help you. These "lets get a lawsuit together " messages do not enable me to help you, since they do not contain any names or order info I would need to assist you. Yes there are 4 bbb complaints in the last 12 months, OUT OF OVER 50,000 ORDERS. 4 in 50,000. FOUR IN FIFTY THOUSAND. And any of those customers WHO ACTUALLY CONTACTED US, have been helped. If there is ANY customer who has a problem with ANY SHIPMENT OR ORDER FROM US, ALL THEY NEED TO DO IS CONTACT ME DIRECT. My contact info is above. Having looked over numerous threads concerning Global Life/Herbal Smoke Shop and noting how viscious the complaints are, I can't help but wonder why my first order from them went so smoothly. I ordered on 4/6...rec'd product on 4/10... and I'm very happy with my order..it exceeded my expectations.
I've also noticed that the company responds to EVERY negative inquiry on this board, only to get snide responses posted here in return...and now I can't help but wonder if ANY of the complaints aganst them are even warranted.
To be perfectly blunt, I suspect there's some deliberate slander going on.
And NO, I don't have a vested interest...I'm just a satisfied customer that can't beleive what he's reading here.

Well folks I am here to report that I was able to obtain a full refund for my associate. Derek agreed to send out a refund and about a week later my associate had the money order in their hands.
I have been keeping up on the other cases posted on this site concerning Herbal Smoke Shop, and I have began to notice some suspicious posts. I am an impartial 3rd party, and I would simply like to share MY experience.
First of all, I cannot attest to the quality of the product that Herbal Smoke Shop sells. Neither my associate nor myself ever actually obtained or ingested the products sold by HSS.
I can, however, document that my associate did send numerous emails to the HSS customer support email link on the website. The only response received was an obviously automated reply telling the customer that the product would arrive soon. There was never any real communication or response to my associate's emails.
After being basically ignored for nearly 4 months, my associate requested my services in the matter. I searched RipOffReport.com and immediately found several reports about Herbal Smoke Shop. Before I posted on the site, I first emailed ALL of the email addresses that Derek had supplied in his responses to other customers. I RECEIVED NO RESPONSE TO ANY OF MY EMAILS.
I then posted on Ripoffreport.com and got a speedy reply from Derek telling me his email addresses (which I had already tried). Well I went ahead and emailed the same addresses with the SAME EXACT COPIES of the email that I had sent just weeks earlier, and (suprise) I got a response from Derek.
It is my opinion that Derek only responds to posts on this website, and basically ignores all other complaints. I base this on the numerous emails sent by my associate as well as myself, that went unanswered until I posted on Ripoffreport.com.
Even after I was contacted by Derek, his responses were often fairly short and unprofessional. Many times I waited weeks for a response to my emails, it all seemed a bit sketchy to me.
In any event, I was finally promised a full refund and my associate did receive it in a timely fashion.
I will say that I am unimpressed with HSS's customer service. It took me three months to obtain a refund for a fairly petty amount of money. Furthermore, I am very concerned about the fact that for 4 months both mine and my associate's emails were completely ignored.
I will finish by reminding everybody that I did obtain a refund, so I suppose that if you are really willing to keep your cool with these guys they will eventually help you out. Customer service really needs some improvement in my opinion. In any event, Derek, I appreciate your cooperation in this matter.

I ordered from their website, and then found this ripoff report a day later. I sent about 4 angry e-mails before they called me and threatened to sic their lawyer on me for mailing them "threats." But...they did give me my money back. A total of about 9 days after I first ordered.
