Ivory White Teeth Whitening Ripoff! Extra Charges billed. Boulder Colorado

I ordered the "free' trial of Ivory white teeth whitening system. I sent an email to cancel it. I received a confirmation number which I was to write on the returned package. I did all that within the "free" trial. Then I look at my latest credit card statement and see a charge of $19.60 from them. I called, thinking it was a mistake. Well, the customer rep said it was a" repackaging fee". What the heck is that? I can't get a refund on that. Nowhere on their web site does it say you have to pay a repackaging fee. What I sent back was not even opened! This is an underhanded way of doing business. I felt scammed and need to warn others.
