JordanAlmonds.com Ripoff ORDER NEVER DELIVERED WON'T RESPOND TO INQUIRIES Internet

I placed my order for over $200 worth of candy on August 13th, my order was promised to me by August 26th at the latest. August 19th I sent an e-mail to inquire about the status of my order. I was told it would arrive on or before August 26th as scheduled. August 26th I sent another e-mail and was told that there must have been a problem with the shipping and that I could receive my order on Tuesday, August 29th. I said that though I was unhappy, Tuesday would be sufficient. Between August 27th and August 31st I sent 10 e-mails, called the support line at least 5 times, sent a fax, and attempted to use the live customer support on their website. I have been ignored and will now have to go to the mall and pay over double the amount I expected for the candy.

A refund won't satisfy me at this point because I will end up paying double when I made a point of ordering the candy well in advance. I have seen other dissatisfied customers post their experiences on this website and the company has actually tried to write rebuttals! Its interesting that they have the time to respond to complaints on the internet, but will not take the time to fulfill an order (I doubt they even have a real business, I'm surprised no one has shut them down. I plan to file as many reports as I need to to put their scam out of business)
