Megatoners Liar Liar Can't Keep Your Word, Internet

After purchasing ink toner from them it would not work in my printer. I call the number and asked for customer service I was told that I should contact tech support.  After looking for a number for tech support, I realized that there were no numbers, just email's for customer service and tech support. 

After a week of emailing back in forth they could not resolve the issue so I ask, they do not initiate, how do I get my money back and return this item.  They then tell me that I need to mail it back and then they will refund me.

I told them I'm the one stuck with a product that does not work. I do not have any way to get this back to you, I need you to mail me a return envelope like you sent it in.  That's another thing that I was surprised about, that they sent it in a plastic envelope and the box was damaged.  They refused and I was stuck with an ink toner that I couldn't use!
