I received this note as to why my rebate was rejected...
City of Industry, CA #1 B: Packing list Not accepted. The end-user customer's invoice is used as proof of purchase. Invoice must show that you purchased the eligible MSI product at a retail price between rebate promotion valid dates.

The problem is, except for an email confirmation, no other invoice was received. Further, the packing list had all the necessary information, AND for that matter, the email invoice was sent as well. It is obvious that they have made their rebate rules so strict that they don't have to deliver.
