Cynthia Miller sent me an email and called me after I gave her my credit card. She stated that it didn't go through and asked for another card. Then when I sent another one she charged my account and never sent what I ordered. When I called after a week she said it was on its way. When I called after 2 weeks she didn't pick up for several days. Finally when I called from another number she said very nastily "Ok. SO do you want your money back?" I said "YES!" Then she hung up on me and I never heard from her. She never reimbursed me. She is a thief and I will write a letter to the artists/ producers of LA Ink, TLC etc., until I receive my reimbursement. Her actions are illegal. If I have to go to a higher source I will gladly do so.
